At a railway station on the countryside in early 1980s. Min-jae promises Hye-
mi to come back within a year showing his butterfly tattoo to her and leaving
to Seoul. Hye-mi cries as the train is finally out of site. Five years later, Min-
jae becomes a playboy of a room salon (a kind of pub where serving girls
work). Hye-mi becomes Col. Heo's wife. These two lovers meet again as if
it were a destiny. Hye-mi secretly has a love affair with Min-jae and plans to
take a trip. However, on the day, Min-jae is kidnapped by soldiers and is
taken somewhere. Hye-mi waits for her lover again. After a series of torture,
Min-jae moves to a special training center aimed at eradicating rascals.
There, he gets to know Do-cheol, Kwang-pal, Do-sa who are powerless and
innocent. Also, there is captain Hwang who is the slayer of authority. Hye-mi
doesn't want to lose her love for twice and goes to the training center to meet
Min-jae. Captain Hwang, However, doesn't want this to happen and tries to
interrupt.
