The third police department in charge of violent crimes is notorious for its
poor accomplishments. In that department, there are cops like the rookie
Hong-ju (KIM Min-jun) who is terrific at his job but tries to find a way out of
it, the veteran detective MOON (HUH Joon-ho) who is depressed by his
serious forgetfulness, a cop named Jae-cheol who has too much ambition
for his little talent, and the squad leader YOOK (JANG Hang-sun).
