"Educating Kidnappers" revolves around a white-collar worker named
Dongchul who loses money on stock investments and runs up a large
interest debt. He feels overwhelmed in trying to repay his debts, and kidnaps
a rich high schooler who turns out to be a troublemaker suspended from
school. The film`s turning point is when the main character receives a call
that HIS daughter has been taken hostage. He is no longer kidnapping to pay
back his debt, but to save his daughter.
